Welcome to your Breathwork time-out at the Post am See

 

Breathwork describes the conscious control of breathing - a practice that is rooted in ancient traditions such as yoga and is now undergoing exciting further development thanks to modern neuroscience. In our hectic everyday lives, we often breathe shallowly and uncontrolled, which means that the body is not optimally supplied with oxygen. Conscious breathing, on the other hand, activates the body's self-healing powers, reduces stress and allows energy to flow again.

Your soothing breathing journey

The sessions take place in an atmosphere that invites you to let go: soft light, a protected space and the pulsating sounds of music. Hemma Marenzi, our experienced breathwork coach, will guide you through the breathing exercises, which can vary from gentle to intense. Your own daily form plays a decisive role, making each breathing journey unique.

During the session, the frequency of your brain waves changes. You move from an active, thinking state (beta waves) to deeper, more relaxed areas such as alpha or delta. This allows you to enter a meditative state in which thoughts can calm down and new insights can emerge.

How it works

  1. Arrive and tune in
    You will be gently prepared for the breathing journey. Hemma explains the technique and effects, creating a space in which you feel safe and secure.
  2. The breathing technique
    Through targeted breathing patterns and consciously directing your breath, you will be guided deeper into yourself. The music and therapeutically effective essential oils accompany you and intensify the experience.
  3. The highlight of the journey
    You immerse yourself in a state of deep relaxation and inner clarity. Emotions can be released, blockages released and a feeling of pure bliss experienced.
  4. Integration and reflection
    After the breathing journey, there is time for reflection. You will feel the soothing stillness that spreads through your body and can integrate the experience into your everyday life. Hemma will also be available to answer your questions and thoughts.

The regular Breathwork Journeys are designed for individual guests or small groups of up to ten people - perfect for creating an intimate and personal atmosphere.

You can book the sessions as an individual or together with friends and family. Companies, yoga groups or gyms are also welcome to experience this transformative technique. The possibilities are endless - whether as a special addition to a retreat, as a highlight for a team event or as a private time-out. We are happy to put together a customised package that can also be implemented for a large group of up to 200 people.

Hemma Marenzi will accompany you on this journey with her empathetic and professional manner. With her expertise in breathwork, meditation and aromatherapy and her ability to create a safe space, you can let yourself go completely.
