Belétage | The Whole Fish

The Belétage in the Hotel Post am See has the potential to become a personal favourite spot on Lake Traunsee. Tradition meets French chic and 700 years of tradition meets cheeky lifestyle. The best of Lake Traunsee, Lake Attersee and Lake Mondsee is deep-fried, steamed, grilled over an open fire and then served sharing-style. Guests choose their favourite fish and the Belétage team uses it to create a delicious four-course sharing menu.

MOLE OST: Secret Destination Party - Cuba Edition

The Gröller family invites you to an extraordinary journey into the unknown - a surprise party that will be unforgettable! Culinary highlights with Lukas Nagl and his team from the kitchens of the Michelin-starred restaurant boathousethe Belétage and the Poststube 1327. Live music and DJs provide the perfect soundtrack, while fine wines, ice-cold drinks and signature cocktails are available.

All you need now is the right outfit, because the party theme on 13 April will take you to Cuba! Look forward to a rum bar & rumba, Cuban street food specialities and real Buena Vista Social Clubbbing - a holiday feeling on the shores of Lake Traunsee guaranteed.

No more will be revealed - the rest remains top secret. Just this much: the parties start with an exclusive boat trip from Traunkirchen to the landing stage.

Experience wild catch & culinary delights up close! Fish, fillet, enjoy - a 4-course menu straight from the lake to your plate! ️

From the cheeks to the fin: Experience quality and regionality with a goosebump feeling - that's the principle of Catch and Cook. Touch, smell, feel and catch, process and prepare - culinary delights become tangible and an experience. The two worlds of wild catch and culinary delights merge and the faces of the producer, fisherman and chef become visible. From the gills to the fin: the Bootshaus restaurant at Das Traunsee - Das Hotel zum See is one of the best restaurants in the country and was recently awarded a Michelin star and a Green Star.

Just a job, no, not really. The craft of fishing is unique. Fisherman Beni Mayr gives an insight into his world before chef Christoph Ranetbauer from DAS TRAUNSEE and his team transform fresh fish into a delicious 4-course menu.

FELIX: The idea behind the Wirtshausfestival

To revitalise Austrian tavern culture and show what the region has to offer in culinary terms. This is the central idea - the common thread of the Wirtshausfestival. Every year, the festival takes place under a new motto, regional and international chefs come together in the Salzkammergut, cook together, exchange ideas and create unique culinary moments.
