Elif Oskan & Markus Stöckle. They are the dream couple of the young Zurich gastronomy scene. Known from TV programmes such as The Taste and Kitchen Impossible. Their restaurants have won awards. Turkish avant-garde cuisine at Gül. Bavarian food revolution at Rosi. Inspired by their homeland and the world, they create a fabulous menu with the Belétage team.

Elif Oskan & Markus Stöckle.

Elif Oskan and Markus Stöckle not only share their lives, but also their passion for gastronomy. As life and business partners, they jointly manage the fortunes of three restaurants in Zurich. But their partnership goes far beyond the boundaries of the kitchen, as they form an unbeatable team - as they impressively demonstrated in 2023, for example, when they defeated Tim Mälzer on Kitchen Impossible. In the same year, they also acted as enthusiastic guest judges on The Taste. In addition to their culinary successes in their restaurants, Elif and Markus are constantly organising events at home and abroad, where they create unforgettable moments with a lot of heart and a focus on top quality.

Marie has accompanied the rebranding process of the Gröller Hospitality Group over the past few years and currently works in marketing. She has a Master's degree in Management - and has seen a lot of the world and what Berlin, Paris, London and Frankfurt have to offer in terms of contemporary hotels and restaurants during her training. Impressions and experiences that have also influenced the pupation process of the Post am See.
